Star-Teams Insights™ is a great way to improve your effectiveness in dealing with the people around you. There are three steps in the process. First, you need to complete the self-assessment after clicking on the star below. The survey asks you to describe yourself in the work setting. Try to complete the questions in about 10-15 minutes. Second, when you have completed the survey and press "send", you will receive by e-mail a copy of your Star-Teams Insights Report . Read it carefully and think about ways you can use the feedback in your work. Third, be sure to complete the "Star-Teams Insights Action Plan" which is on the last page of your report. The Action Plan asks you to set 1-2 specific objectives in order to develop a strategy for enhancing your professional development. Good Luck. Click on the star to begin!
